Returns & Exchanges Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether your footwear isn’t the right fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help make things right.

Need sizing advice? Have a question about a product? Our team is ready to assist. And when it comes to returns, we aim to keep the process simple and stress-free.


🕑 30-Day Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is right for you.

  • Returns from within Australia – return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

  • Returns from outside Australia – you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We’re happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange on eligible items, provided they are returned in:

✅ Brand new, unworn condition
✅ Original packaging (including shoeboxes)
✅ With all tags attached
✅ Purchased directly from originalpath.com

Tip: When trying on shoes, please use a clean, carpeted surface and wear socks to avoid any scuffing or damage.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Socks

  • Insoles

  • Gift cards

  • Personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)

Items returned in a used or damaged condition, or without original packaging, will not be accepted.


🏷️ Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for store credit or a refund, provided they meet our standard return conditions.


Return Processing & Fair Use

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts with an unusually high rate of returns, or where returns are found to be inconsistent with typical customer use. If we believe a mistake has been made, we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Important: If we do not receive your return, or if it does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to process a refund, credit, or exchange.


⚠️ Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable time period, please contact us immediately.

We comply fully with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, including offering a repair, replacement, or refund where required.

In the case of faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage.
